The chapel's administration staff with Fr. Jun Sescon

Though parish priests / chaplains may come and go, there will always be a core group of parishioners who will have to see to the supervision of the various concerns of the parish and the servant ministries and who will have to work hand-in-hand with the parish priest / chaplain in all his endeavors for the good of the parish / chapel and growth of parishioners.

Formed in 1994, it was made the administrative arm of the chapel tasked with the supervision of the chapel’s properties and facilities and provision of administrative support to all chapel personnel and servants.

The Administration group is presently headed by Atty. Nordy Diploma, husband of the groups’ foundress Fanny del Rosario Diploma. He approves and provides assistance in the preparation of
plans, projects, and chapel activities. Assisting him in the general supervision of chapel’s personnel, properties, and facilities, is Atty. Chito del Rosario.

Addressing all the other detailed concerns of the chapel is entrusted under the care of the group’s 7 regular and 3 part-time members. They are:

  • Dennis del Rosario – administrative assistant who serves as the middle-man between the administration and the chapel servants
  • Belinda Morales – in charge of the collection and counting
  • Lina Edquila – assists Sis. Belinda in the counting of collection and takes charge in receiving calls and organizing appointments/schedules of priests
  • Vic Cabintoy – electrician, auxiliary, and maintenance
  • Rolando Puno – auxilliary and maintenance
  • Hansel Eslafor – in charge of technical supervision and gatekeeper
  • Hermie Adriano – technical supervision
  • Lusia Prado – in charge of cleanliness and other maintenance matters
  • Alice Martinez – part-time
  • Dalia Martinez – part-time

Serving the Lord through the administrative group has been a very rewarding experience for its members. Through daily Mass attendance, its members have grown in the love of God through neighbors. Each member has also become a family to all other members.
